Certificate, Diploma & Advanced Diploma in Professional Computing and
Information Processing |

This is a
technical broad-based and hands on course designed to provide you with
the skills and knowledge for a range of roles within information
technology and business. The course focuses on the IT specific skills
required to administer, analyze and maintain computer systems. It is
designed to give the trainee the essential skills in computerized
numeracy and accounting, programming, information processing and
computer logic operations.
The course is
divided into three stages :

Diploma
●
Advanced Diploma
The trainee
is eligible for the next stage after passing the previous stage.

At the end of the course the

Course
Requirements
A Kenya Certificate of
Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of D+ (plus) and above or equivalent
qualification. |

Course
Duration
The course is scheduled to
take 3 semesters (18 Months) |
|
External Examination
The Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) will conduct external
examination and award certification to successful candidates in each stage
of the course.
|
|
Internal
Exams
Internal exams will be conducted and
marked by the centre. Continuous assessment test will be given a
weighting of
30%
and the final internal examination by the institute be given a weighting
of
70%
in the determination of final examination.
The centre will issue academic transcripts in all modules to the
